David Cameron is in Bolton trying to talk about SATs

The Prime Minister wanted to talk about the party’s education policy announced today, but he’ll be lucky to get a word in if it’s not about the tax arrangements of non doms.

The Conservatives policy, which will be included in next weeks manifesto, would see pupils in England who get poor results in their Sats at the end of primary school face a resit in secondary school.
