Conservatives criticise Ed Miliband for not raising issue of Libya in Parliament

Meanwhile Douglas Alexander, Labour’s shadow foreign secretary, has been on the World at One trying to explain why Ed MIliband has only raised the issue once. He says that it is his role as shadow foreign secretary to raise it and he has done many times.
