Russell Brand realises he can’t influence elections

Russell Brand has woken up the the news of a Tory majority, and offers the excuse “it’s not like I’m the leader of the Don’t Vote party”.

He goes on the blame the “old media” and “establishment”.

Self-described “revolutionary” Brand’s Headline grabbing interview with Ed Miliband was watched 1.2million times globally.

“My only regret in this is I thought I could be involved,” the comedian concludes.

“Change can happen…Syriza happened in Greece, Podemos happened in Spain…politics has changed.”
