The Lib Dems don’t have a single woman left
For a party that has struggled to recruit women in the past and had just two women minister and no women in he cabinet during coalition this is not good news.
After the party decided not to take disciplinary action against its former chief executive, Lord Rennard, who has always denied allegations that he sexually harassed female colleagues – commentators wondered how the Lib Dems would ever deal with their women problem.
