Boris Johnson will be attending my Political Cabinet. As promised, he will devote his attention to his final year as Mayor of London.

Boris Johnson will attend David Cameron’s cabinet but “devote his attention” to his final year as Mayor.

Last year, when he announced that the would be standing as an MP he told Sky News that he would not attend cabinet as it would conflict with his job as Mayor of London.

No I can’t do that, because I think it would be impossible to er, I am going to continue to serve my mandate but that will only run for a year beyond the May 2015 election.
