Norman Lamb to run for Lib Dem leader

Norman Lamb has confirmed to ITV Anglia that he will stand for the Lib Dem leadership.
A close ally of Nick Clegg, he is likely to be running against the popular grass roots choice of Tim Farron.
He also helped launch the career of rapper Tinchy Stryder.
