Alex Thomson is in enjoying the glorious Edinburgh weather at is what is likely to be Nicola Sturgeon’s last street rally of the campaign.
She has spent far more time on the streets, meeting the people, than the Westminster leaders throughout the last six weeks. Despite the long, long campaign she still commands a crowd for her last, drizzly speech.
She is telling voters that tomorrow is the day the SNP can lock the Tories out of Westminster and use the “positive, constructive, friendly” voice of their party to work together to create a more progressive government.
And then she is off to her day job and First Minister’s questions.
